What data we collect

We collect data only when you send it to us yourself through the inquiry form or the contact form:

• first and last name
• e-mail address and phone number
• rental dates, selected camper, number of people and requested extra equipment
• any note you enter in the form

Why we process it

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare and send an offer, and to arrange and carry out the rental. We do not use it for promotional messages, nor do we sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or the performance of the rental contract itself.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and the related offers for as long as we need them to communicate with you and to keep records of completed rentals. If you would like your data deleted sooner, contact us by e-mail and we will do so without delay.

Who we share it with

Your data is stored on the server hosting this website and in our business e-mail inbox. Apart from our hosting and e-mail providers, who process it strictly on our instructions, we do not share it with anyone.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Facebook pixel or any similar tool. Only strictly necessary technical cookies are used, without which the site would not work:
